You can make a booking in two different ways:

1. Send to us the Request form carefully filled
2. Hostal Girona will send to you a message via e-mail with our reply of the state of your request. It will depend on the availability of rooms and the dates you may want to make the booking for.
3. once Hostal Girona sends to you a confirmation of your booking, you need to send to us in 48 hours maximum your credit card number and the expiring date (we accept VISA, MASTER CARD and MAESTRO). We only require this details as a guarantee on your booking (except that in case point 5 occurs). You can provide those details through the telephone (number +34 93 265 02 59), fax (number +34 93 265 85 32) or via e-mail (reservas@hostalgirona.com)
4. Hostal Girona will not make any charge in advance. The total amount of your bill will be settled at reception paying either in cash or by credit card.
5. Cancelation. In case you would like to cancel the booking, you will have to make it 48 hours previous to the date booked. On the opposite, the amount of one night's bill will be charged to your credit card, as indicated above in point 3.
